Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dahlia Garden Management ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Dahlia Garden Management is a web-based application that provides tools for managing dahlia gardens, including: • Garden planning and layout design • Variety tracking and inventory management • Planting schedules and harvest records • Photo storage and note-taking • Community features and sharing

User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information • You are responsible for maintaining account security • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • You are responsible for all activities under your account • Do not share your account with others

Subscription Plans

Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance • Payments are processed securely through Stripe • Refunds are subject to our refund policy • Prices may change with 30 days notice

Prohibited Activities

You may not: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Upload malicious code or viruses • Attempt to gain unauthorized access • Harass or abuse other users • Share inappropriate content

Content Guidelines

Image Upload Policy

When uploading images to our service, you agree that: • Images must be related to dahlia gardening or your garden activities • You own the rights to all uploaded images or have permission to use them • Images must not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content • Images must not violate privacy rights of others • Images must not contain copyrighted material without proper authorization • We reserve the right to remove any images that violate these terms • Illegal images will be reported to relevant local authorities and Interpol if required • You are solely responsible for the content of your uploaded images • We may use uploaded images to improve our service (e.g., plant identification features)

Service Availability

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations • We will provide notice when possible • Serious violations may result in immediate termination • We may terminate the service entirely with 30 days notice

Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise: • We encourage direct communication first • Mediation may be required before litigation • Disputes will be resolved under the New Zealand or Australian law dependant upon the users jurisdiction • Class action lawsuits are waived where permitted

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms: • Changes will be posted on this page • Significant changes will be communicated via email • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms • You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes
